By subscribing to the Dawning Visions Substack Newsletter (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not subscribe.

2. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a weekly subscription basis. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on which you choose in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to subscribe.

The Service provides information regarding healthcare in the U.S. emphasing new research on mental health and the drugs used to treat them.
All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
The content is proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not redistribute, copy, or reproduce content without explicit permission.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to share access or distribute the newsletter outside your personal use.
Prohibited conduct includes using the Service for unlawful purposes, harassing others, or infringing intellectual property rights.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription anytime through on the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions for violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued subscription after changes means acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify subscribers of major changes via email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in mediation.
